Depending on the agreed conditions different invoicing intervals and types are available:


Self-Service Clients

  • You will receive an invoice at the end of the month
  • The invoice will summarize the delivered services in detail


Managed-Service Clients

  • You will receive an invoice at the agreed-upon point in time e.g. end of the month
  • The invoice will summarize the delivered services in detail


Any invoice will be sent via email either to the registered email or if defined a dedicated billing email address
