When and how do I receive an invoice? Print

Depending on the agreed conditions different invoicing intervals and types are available:

Self-Service Clients

You will receive an invoice at the end of the month
The invoice will summarize the delivered services in detail

Managed-Service Clients

You will receive an invoice at the agreed-upon point in time e.g. end of the month
The invoice will summarize the delivered services in detail

Any invoice will be sent via email either to the registered email or if defined a dedicated billing email address
