To check the status of the ongoing projects:
- Click on "Projects" and "Search"
- From here you can have an overview of the ongoing projects. The default view is for the Managed Service clients, but you can change the filter to see also "Marketplace (Core)" clients and "New" projects.
- Verify whether the production is moving smoothly: check the orders' statuses, whether there were cancellations, any order waiting to be proofread and any "stuck" project, which might need a push.
- Check the status of the projects multiple times per day, and act quickly: either by pushing the project or by reporting the issue to the team, and escalating any problem you might be unable to solve.
