Monitoring and improving of OPS Dashboard

On daily meetings, a review of OPS Dashboard is a must. The dashboard is available under the following link.

Username and Password are available in the common account file.

Specifically, following measurements will be observed:

  • 14 days overdue

  • 7 days overdue

  • 3 days overdue

  • Newly registered clients

Case by case, following steps will be taken in order to achieve quick pickup time and fast delivery of texts to clients. There are two cases of orders:

A: When client has created an open order:

  1. Checking the project including briefing, if everything is properly set up and described

  2. Identifying respective level / language linguists via regular search filter

  3. Sending a personal email with an invitation to take an open order

  4. Eventually, proposing a bonus

If the above mentioned method does not help, A&S interferes by:

  1. Creating a group of respective level/language linguists

  2. Adding active linguists to the group (must be active in the last week/month)

  3. Reaching out to the linguists per personal email

  4. Eventually, proposing a bonus

  5. In case of more delay, adding a bonus to the linguist proposal

B: When client creates a group order:

In cases when the order is outdated, A&S team interferes in a following way:

  1. Checking the project including briefing, if everything is properly set up and described

  2. Checking linguists in the group and deleting inactive ones

  3. Adding new, active linguists of respective level / language (must be active in the last week/month)

  4. Reaching out to the linguists via personal email

  5. Eventually, proposing a bonus

  6. Eventually, change the level of order (downgrade/upgrade)

  7. Letting the client know, that the order was not picked up and greatcontent team decided to act, explaining the steps which were taken
