If you receive a bad evaluation, the best thing to do is ask the client for the reason for this. That way, you will know whether it has something to do with your writing skills or whether it's because the client had different expectations. In any cases where you feel a negative evaluation is unfounded or exposes gaps in the client's brief, feel free to contact the Content Production team with the text ID and client ID.
