In exceptional cases, texts which have been revised at least once and have still not met the client’s expectations expressed in the briefing can be rejected by the client. This can mean that the writer loses the text and receives no remuneration. Once a client has rejected a text, our team reviews the rejection request and evaluates the text and decides on the next steps (e.g., if a further revision with better instructions would be the best way forward).
